Ask Anserd AI and concierge transcripts
If you use Ask Anserd AI or the concierge feature, the site may generate a text transcript of your questions and the AI responses. These transcripts may be sent to the Anserd.ai team to improve support, respond to enquiries, and monitor common product questions.
If you voluntarily provide contact details, such as your name, email address, business name, or phone number, those details may be used to respond to your enquiry. Raw browser voice audio is not stored as part of this feature.
