These terms govern access to the Anserd.ai website, dashboard, AI call-handling service, and related services supplied by Tekstag Ltd, trading as Anserd.ai (“Anserd.ai”). If we issue an Order Form or other signed commercial agreement, that document and these terms form the agreement between us. The Order Form takes priority if there is a conflict.
You must provide accurate account and billing information, keep credentials secure, and promptly tell us about unauthorised access. You are responsible for your users and for the prompts, scripts, routing rules, integrations, content, and instructions configured for your business. Service features and usage limits are those shown in your Order Form or selected plan.
Subscription charges are billed in advance through Stripe at the interval selected during Checkout. Prices shown during Checkout include VAT where VAT applies, unless Checkout expressly states otherwise. By completing Checkout, you authorise recurring charges until cancellation. Usage or overage charges described in your Order Form may be billed in arrears. You must keep a valid payment method on file.
You may cancel through the billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; access may continue until then. Charges already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. We may suspend live call handling when payment is overdue or a subscription expires.
You must use the service lawfully and maintain all notices, consents, permissions, and lawful bases required for your calls, recordings, messages, customer data, and marketing. You must not use the service to deceive, harass, discriminate, infringe rights, process unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the service. You remain responsible for human review where it is appropriate for your business.
AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be relied on as professional, emergency, medical, legal, or financial advice. You must review material workflows and escalation settings before going live. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, telecommunications networks, third-party platforms, and events outside our reasonable control can affect availability.
Each party acts as an independent controller for its own account, contact, and billing data. Where Anserd.ai processes call, message, or customer data on your documented instructions, you are the controller and Anserd.ai is the processor. The data-processing terms supplied with your Order Form apply to that processing. Each party must protect the other party's confidential information and use it only to perform the agreement.
You retain ownership of your content and grant us the rights needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Anserd.ai and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, models, documentation, branding, and service improvements. Feedback may be used without restriction and without identifying your confidential information.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful or unsafe use, security risk, or non-payment. Either party may terminate for an unremedied material breach after reasonable written notice. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, the detailed liability limits and exclusions in the Standard Terms supplied with your Order Form apply.
We may update these terms for legal, security, or service changes and will publish the new effective date. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be notified through an appropriate channel. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
