Acceptable use
- Use the site and dashboard only for lawful business purposes.
- Do not attempt to break, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the service.
- Keep account credentials and access tokens secure.
- You remain responsible for the content you configure, including prompts, call handling rules, and compliance settings.
Service and billing
Paid subscriptions, plan changes, invoices, and billing support are handled through the dashboard and Stripe Billing Portal. Any commercial terms, refunds, or enterprise variations should be agreed separately in writing.
